How to make Registration:
- Please read carefully registration and cancellation policy paper in PDF format (click here to download)
- By clicking the link in the PDF file, you are supposed to have read and agreed our cancellation policies.
On the registration page, you can register for:
- Tutorial program (Mon/18)
- Technical program (Tue/19 to Thu/21 morning).
- (Optional) Excursion tour ticket (Thu/21 afternoon).
- Extra ticket for banquet (Wed/20 night)
- Hotels from Sun/17 to Thu/21.
Tutorial program include below items.
- one paper tutorial proceedings,
- free lunch upon request (Dietary preference should be declared through registration page)
Technical program include below items:
- one paper proceedings,
- one USB-memory proceedings, specially-prepared one (that represents Kita-kyushu city's local product),
- free lunch on Tue/19 and Wed/20 upon request (Dietary preference should be declared through registration page.),
- one banquet ticket on Wed/19,
- reception on Mon/18 in the evening.
Excursion include below items:
- Lunch on Thu/21,
- English-speaking guide,
- TOTO museum ticket,
- Tickets of Sarakurayama-mountain (best for overview sightseeing).
